Here are two new recruits to the Dalton Office. Alexis is our Bright Beginner and has taken great interest in our work for our clients at the firm, bringing such positive energy to the office. Estephanie received the Award for one of our core values here at the firm: Consistency. I want to give a massive shout-out to Mrs. Christina Dixon. Earlier this year, I was searching for someone to help run HR here at the firm. I couldn't find anyone, and out of the blue, she called me asking if I might know someone hiring in the HR department somewhere. Fast forward a little, and Christina is now our HR Manager. Are you ever in a situation where you're team is overwhelmed, struggling to stay afloat? You don't know how you are going to handle the massive workload, and then BOOOM, this fantastic person shows up. Alejandra received an Award this year for Team Rescuer because whenever we think we are about to sink, she swoops in and saves us out of nowhere.
